1. Introduction Servd ("we", "us", or "our") is an independently developed mobile application. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use the Servd mobile application.
2. Information We Collect
   • Account information: When you sign in with Google or Apple, we receive your name and email address from those services.
   • Recipe content: Recipes, meal plans, and pantry items you create or import within the app.
   • Photos: If you choose to photograph recipes or meals, those images are stored locally on your device. If you use pantry scanning, the photo is sent to our AI provider (Anthropic) to identify ingredients and is not stored by us.
   • Shared social media content: If you import a recipe by sharing an Instagram, TikTok, or Facebook link with Servd, that link and its associated public content (such as captions, video, and thumbnail images) are sent to a third-party extraction service to identify recipe content.
3. How We Use Your Information
   • To create and manage your account
   • To sync your recipes and settings across devices
   • To provide AI-powered recipe orchestration features powered by Anthropic's Claude API
   • To extract recipe content from Instagram, TikTok, or Facebook links you choose to share with the app
   • To process subscription payments via the App Store or Google Play
4. Third-Party Services
   • Anthropic: Recipe parsing, cook plan generation, and pantry photo scanning. Your recipe content and, if you use pantry scanning, your photo, are sent to Anthropic's API to generate results. See Anthropic's privacy policy at anthropic.com/privacy.
   • ScrapeCreators: If you import a recipe by sharing an Instagram, TikTok, or Facebook link, that link and its associated public content (captions, video, thumbnail images) are sent to ScrapeCreators to extract recipe-relevant content. See ScrapeCreators' privacy policy at scrapecreator
   • Apple / Google: Sign-in and payment processing.
   • Supabase: Secure cloud storage for your account data.
5. Data Storage and Security Your data is stored securely using Supabase. We do not sell your personal information
6. Data Retention We retain your data for as long as your account is active. You may permanently delete your account and all associated data at any time from within the app (Settings → Delete Account), or by contacting us at [email protected]. Deleting your account does not cancel an active subscriptioly through the App Store or Google Play.
7. Children's Privacy Servd is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
8. Your Rights You may request access to or correction of your personal data by contacting servd.app@ur data at any time from within the app (Settings → Delete Account).
9. Changes to This Policy We may update this policy periodically. We will notify you of significant changes through the app.
