1. Acceptance of Terms By downloading or using the Servd mobile application ("the App"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. Description of Service Servd is a cooking orchestration app that helps users import recipes, plan meals, and generate step-by-step cook plans using AI. A free tier and a paid Pro subscription ($44.99/year) are available.

3. User Accounts You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to provide accurate information when creating an account.

4. Acceptable Use You agree not to:

   • Use the App for any unlawful purpose
   • Attempt to reverse engineer or exploit the App
   • Abuse the AI features in ways unrelated to cooking or recipe management
   • Share your account with others

5. Recipe Content You retain ownership of recipes and content you create or import. By using the App, you grant us a limited license to process that content solely to provide the service. We do not claim ownership of your recipes.

6. Third-Party Content Recipes imported from third-party websites or social media platforms remain the intellectual property of their original authors or creators. You are responsible for ensuring your use of imported content complies with the relevant platform's terms (e.g., Instagram, TikTok, Facebook).

7. Subscription and Payments Pro subscriptions are available at the following prices (in USD):

   • Monthly: $4.99/month
   • Annual: $44.99/year

   Subscriptions are billed automatically through the App Store or Google Play. Prices may be displayed in your local currency at checkout based on current exchange rates. Refunds are handled according to Apple's and Google's respective refund policies. We do not process payments directly.

8. AI-Generated Content Cook plans, shopping lists, and other AI-generated content are provided for informational purposes. We are not responsible for outcomes resulting from following AI-generated cooking instructions. Always use common sense and food safety practices.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service or error-free operation.

10. Limitation of Liability To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

11. Changes to Terms We may update these terms periodically. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
